“Client” refers to any individual or entity that orders Services from Fameways.com.

Article 2 – Purpose

The purpose of these general terms is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of providing Services by Fameways.com to the Client.

Article 3 – Order and Order Confirmation

Orders are placed online at https://fameways.com/. To be valid, they must include the Client’s details as well as the specifics of the Services subscribed.

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information. Order confirmation signifies unconditional acceptance of these general terms of sale.

Article 4 – Price and Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or bank transfer. Orders are only processed after effective payment has been received by Fameways.com. The prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

Article 5 – Delivery Times

Delivery of Services takes place within 1 to 72 hours after payment validation. However, Fameways.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by technical issues beyond its control.

Article 6 – Responsibility

Fameways.com commits to delivering Services as per the Client’s order. However, it cannot be held responsible in cases of improper use of Services by the Client or changes to social media platforms that render Services ineffective.

Furthermore, Fameways.com disclaims all responsibility in case of data loss or account suspension resulting from the Client’s use of the Services.

The Company cannot be held liable for special, indirect, accidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to revenue or profit losses stemming from the use of these services, even if these damages were foreseeable.

The Company also disclaims all responsibility regarding the use of information available on this website, irrespective of intent. This restriction applies regardless of contractual violation, tort, or any other legal grounds or legal action.

Article 7 – Withdrawal

The Client has a period of 14 days to cancel their order, starting from the delivery date of the Services. To do so, they must contact Fameways.com customer service. Only the price of the Services will be refunded, excluding delivery fees.

Article 8 – Services

To deliver its services, Fameways employs strategies compliant with social media platforms’ terms of use and applicable laws.

Technically, Fameways is committed to protecting the interests of social platforms by taking all necessary measures to avoid violating their terms and to ensure that no action is taken that could harm these platforms.

Our services involve creating promotional campaigns aimed at helping our clients increase their number of followers, views, and likes on their social media platforms.

Fameways carries out these campaigns organically, without the use of automated software or bots, thereby ensuring no negative effects on our clients’ accounts.

Fameways does not use fictitious accounts. We neither force nor encourage users to like, view, or follow our clients’ accounts in a way that violates the terms of use of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SoundCloud, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, GooglePlus, Spotify, or LinkedIn.

We affirm that we do not incite, encourage, or permit any activity that violates the terms of use of the aforementioned social platforms. Fameways respects user integrity and operates fully in accordance with the rules established by these platforms.

Delivery of Services may take some time, as Fameways uses authentic accounts owned by real users. Therefore, orders are processed at a natural pace. Smaller orders are typically executed within 7 to 14 days, while larger packages may take between 30 and 60 days.
